Cancellation & Privacy

Registration is confirmed only when payment has been received in full. Seats selected at checkout are held for 15 minutes; if payment is not completed within that time the hold expires and the seats are released to other participants. No charge is made for an expired hold.

All fees are quoted in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). Payment is processed by ECPay Payment Service Co., Ltd. The organiser does not receive or store card details.

Written cancellation must be sent to taiwan.hscopy@gmail.com. Refunds are calculated from the date the request is received:

• On or before October 5, 2026 — 90% refund (10% administrative fee)
• October 6 – November 4, 2026 — 50% refund
• After November 4, 2026 — no refund

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 30 days of the congress and may be subject to bank or payment-gateway charges.

Registrations may be transferred to another person at no charge up to November 28, 2026. Please email the secretariat with the new attendee's details.

Hands-on workshop places are limited to 60 participants and are allocated in order of payment. Rotation groups (Group 1 / Group 2) are assigned by the organiser and cannot be chosen by participants. The Hands-on Workshop and the AI Agent Section run in parallel on December 5; one person cannot attend both.

AI Agent Section participants must bring their own laptop and hold an active Claude Pro subscription. The subscription is not included in the registration fee.

The organiser reserves the right to alter the programme, faculty or venue where necessary. If the congress cannot be held because of events beyond the organiser's reasonable control, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred, or carried over to a rescheduled event at the participant's choice.

Hysteroscopy Association Taiwan ("we") collects the personal data you provide during registration in order to administer your participation in HAT 2026 Annual Conference: processing payment and receipts, issuing name badges, arranging catering, allocating workshop groups, issuing invitation letters, reporting continuing-education credits where applicable, and sending congress-related communications.

Data is retained for five years after the congress and is not sold or shared with third parties except service providers acting on our instructions (payment processing, email delivery, badge printing). Where continuing-education credits are claimed, the relevant identifiers are reported to the accrediting body in Taiwan.

Under the Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to its further use. To exercise these rights, write to taiwan.hscopy@gmail.com. Withdrawing data required for registration may mean we can no longer provide your place at the congress.

Photographs and video may be taken during the congress for documentation and promotional use by the association. If you do not wish to appear in such material, please notify the registration desk on site.
